Who We Are
The New Mexico FC pro development team competes in the UPSL, providing a high-level environment for serious players in New Mexico. Our goal is to bridge the gap between youth, college, and professional soccer by offering consistent training, video analysis, and competitive league play. Players are selected through open and invite-only tryouts, with standards focused on commitment, attitude, and performance. The coaching staff emphasizes a clear playing identity, positional understanding, and individual development inside a team structure. Training sessions are designed to challenge players technically and tactically, while preparing them for the demands of the next level.
